Our Fees

Management Fee - 8 % + GST (Paid on the 15th of the month and the 1st of the month)

Letting Fee - 1 x weeks rent + GST

Inspection Fee - $50 + GST

Tenancy Tribunal Application - $27 + GST

Our Processes

Tenanting your property

Our 5-step screening process ensures that we find the most suitable tenant for your property.

1. Identification - Photo preferred (Drivers Licence I Passport / Proof of Age Card / Pensioner Card

2. Income Verification - Payslips/ Letter from employer/ Bank Statement

3. Search of national tenancy database

4. Thorough review of tenancy history and personal references

5. Final approval or disapproval by the property owner. - You will always be consulted before any tenancy approval is granted.


Managing you property

  • Leasing - To efficiently place a tenant who has undergone a thorough screening and qualification process in your property.
  • Ingoing inspections - To accurately document the condition of your property at the start of the tenancy to prevent misunderstandings or disputes at the end of the tenancy.
  • Routine Inspections - To monitor the condition of your property and keep you informed of any necessary maintenance concerns while ensuring that the tenant is maintaining the property.
  • Outgoing/Bond Inspection - To safeguard the condition of your property by ensuring it is returned in the same condition as it was at the start of the tenancy, with allowance for normal wear and tear.
  • Accounts - To keep track of the financial transactions related to your property, including income and expenses, to ensure proper record keeping for an investment property.
  • Arrears - To keep tabs on any overdue rent payments to ensure tenants are fulfilling their obligations outlined in their Residential Tenancies Agreement.
  • Maintenance and Repairs - To manage and schedule maintenance and repairs, and ensure that all work performed at your property is completed by fully qualified and insured professionals.
  • Consumer, Trader & Tenancy Tribunal - To provide effective and legal representation for you. We will always try to reach a compromise in the event of a dispute, but if necessary, our team members have a successful history in this area and can provide the best representation for you.
